Protecting your security
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
All sensitive information is sent from your computer to the secure servers at Voucherline/White Stuff Rewards using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to prevent data being intercepted during transmission.
In addition to in house verification procedures Voucherline/White Stuff Rewards employs Verified by Visa / MasterCard Securecode which allows customers to protect their credit cards used online by assigning a secret password. If you have joined the scheme you will be required to provide your password during completion of your order. Voucherline/White Stuff Rewards has no knowledge of, or access to, your password. To maintain secrecy your password is submitted directly to your card issuer, over a secure link, and does not get seen or stored by our system.
Your privacy is very important to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes.

Gift Vouchers and GiftCards
Gift Vouchers, GiftCards, E-Codes and other retailer-owned gifting products including Reward Panda products distributed by email supplied by Voucherline/White Stuff Rewards are not intended for resale.
Gift Vouchers & GiftCards supplied by Voucherline Ltd cannot be exchanged for cash. Each brand operates its own policy on issuing change. Change may be given in the form of a lower denomination Voucher or Card. In some circumstances change, typically if under £1, will be given in cash. In some instances no change will be given. Vouchers or Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in shops.
Voucherline/White Stuff Rewards reserves the right to change the range of Vouchers & Cards we offer at any time, without prior notification. Many of the Gift Vouchers and GiftCards offered are 'multi-option' Vouchers, redeemable for goods in a variety of stores. Voucherline/White Stuff Rewards takes no responsibility for changes to the stores accepting each Voucher, and for any changes to the Terms and Conditions relating to each individual Voucher.
Users should refer to the back of the specific Gift Voucher or Gift Card for any retailer specific terms and conditions.
Most Gift Vouchers & GiftCards are "open ended" and do not have an expiry date. This does not apply to all Vouchers & Cards and Voucherline/White Stuff Rewards takes no responsibility to changes to the Terms and Conditions of individual Voucher & Card issuers.
Voucherline/White Stuff Rewards do not operate a Sales & Return Policy.
Risk and title will pass to the customer upon delivery. Voucherline/White Stuff Rewards can take no liability for any lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers & Cards once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at time of delivery. Voucherline/White Stuff Rewards are not directly linked to any retailers whose products are listed in our range, nor any of the companies who issue 'multi-option' Voucher products. In the event that any one such product or company be placed in either liquidation, administration or receivership there is no obligation on Voucherline/White Stuff Rewards to replace or exchange any previously issued, unspent Gift Vouchers & GiftCards.

Voucherline/White Stuff Rewards makes no representation that material in the site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent that local laws are applicable.
If for any reason any provision of these Conditions of Use are determined to be void or unenforceable, then to the extent and in the places only where such provision is determined to be void or unenforceable it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions and anything in this site shall be governed by English Law and all matters in connection with them shall be determined by the English Courts.
